Banbridge, Northern Ireland
Trevor Woods trained as an Art and Design teacher and has taught in many schools throughout the province. Over the past 30 years he has developed a unique and very personal range of hand built and thrown ceramic work. His work reflects his rural roots and the setting of Mount Ida Pottery. He has been involved in various community craft projects and also holds ceramic workshops designed for the beginner, making the craft accessible to all. His daughter Ellen Woods is also a talented ceramicist.
