Based in Hillsborough, Michael Young has a real love for bees and has kept bees for over 30 years. In 2009, he was awarded an MBE for voluntary services to beekeeping. Michael founded the Institute of Northern Ireland Beekeepers and is an international senior honey judge. He produces some of the best quality natural honey in Ireland and this honey needs to be tasted to truly appreciate how special it is.
