Available for collection from Tuesday 1st December when the exhibition closes
Local artist Kevin Collins focuses on Northern Ireland at night; the dimming light of day giving way to the spark of street lights. With a background in handloom weaving, his brush strokes emulate the warp and weft of weaving, resulting in a textural and woven appearance.
This piece entitled 'Looking Down Central Promenade, Newcastle' is part of an exhibition of original paintings at klöver haus celebrating the emergence of light from darkness. The painting is on a box canvas with sides finished and is unframed for a modern look.
