This original oil painting by Naomi Singleton Hanna is entitled 'The Other Side' and is the first in a series of little pieces which explore light and the idea of fusion between our tangible world and something beyond – an artistic exploration of the ‘thin place’. Thin places are places of energy. A place where the veil between this world and the eternal world is thin. A thin place is a place where one can walk in two worlds – the worlds are fused together, knitted loosely where the differences can be discerned or tightly where the two world become one.

Naomi Singleton Hanna's work encompasses an eclectic mix of both classic and contemporary subjects, with an overarching focus on colour and beauty. When it comes to painting, Naomi’s philosophy is simple; to create beautiful pieces that people enjoy looking at on their walls.
