Product Description

Kathryn Callaghan’s art is inspired by everyday glimpses of the world around her. Free from pencil marks, her work is created using a mix of gel and ink, which is poured freestyle directly onto the image surface to capture fluidity and movement. This open edition print by Kathryn Callaghan is entitled 'The 9th, RCD' and is a reproduction of her original painting of the challenging 9th hole at Royal County Down Golf Club. This is one of the world’s most infamous holes, both for the jaw-dropping beauty of the setting, as well as the pleasing challenge it presents for all who play here. The print features the course’s direct view to the Mountains of Mourne.
