Our mission is to create an inspiring place to shop for genuinely unique, handmade products. We have shops in Hillsborough & Moira in Northern Ireland, an online shop and also an arts social enterprise called klöver haus.

PART-TIME RETAIL SALES ADVISOR
Saturdays 12.30pm to 5.00pm | Moira & Hillsborough 
As a retail sales advisor, you will shape the look, feel and atmosphere of your store. Coached by and collaboratively supporting team leaders and management, retail sales advisors work alongside the store team to carry out daily tasks and are instrumental in the success of our stores.
Key Requirements & Main Duties

- Excel in customer service, sharing knowledge of products and artisans
- Act as a brand ambassador, using your flair and engaging personality to develop loyalty with customers through a one-on-one consultative approach to sales
- Ensure the shop floor is always presentable, maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Proactively replenish and maintain shop floor stock, assisting with layouts and displays
- Check and store incoming orders and prepare stock for transfer and web orders as per instruction
- Work on the till using our systems (training will be given)

Energy, passion & willingness to work Saturdays is a must.

EVENTS ASSISTANT (includes Saturdays) | Moira & Hillsborough 
As an events assistant, you will provide logistical and administrative support for events as well as being hands-on during the setup, delivery and take down stages. Coached by and collaboratively supporting management, you will work to deliver meaningful and memorable experiences. Events assistants work alongside the store team and are key to maximising attendee experience through careful planning and thoughtful execution.

PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR (includes Saturdays) | Moira & Hillsborough 

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will proactively manage stock and build positive working relationships with our artisans and suppliers. Coached by and collaboratively supporting team leaders and management, you will work to maintain accurate stock records and high standards of quality. Purchasing Administrators work alongside the store team and are key to maximising sales, driving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service across both our online and physical stores.
