Janice Gilmore graduated from the College of Arts in Belfast and runs Pageant Jewellery from her home studio. She designs and produces a distinctive range of embroidered jewellery. It is created with an emphasis on colour, intricate surface texturing and embellishment, using a combination of machine and handstitching. Janice’s work is influenced by Heraldry, The Book of Kells, Elizabethan costume, and Persian Kilims.
