Fred Hughes

Fred Hughes has always had an interest in art and in retirement is able to concentrate on his creative side. He works in ink, watercolour and acrylic to create delightful cartoon illustrations which are complemented by relevant quotations or well known sayings. Fred’s work has been exhibited at the Crescent Art Centre as well as at the Hillsborough Art exhibition.
