Ireland Delivery ranges from £4.95 for Royal Mail Standard up to to £11.95 for Royal Mail Standard Tracked & Signed.
Europe Delivery ranges from £4.95 for Royal Mail Standard up to to £14.95 for Royal Mail Standard Tracked & Signed.
Click & Collect from our shops in Royal Hillsborough or Moira (there is no charge for this service). This service usually takes 1-5 working days depending on which store the product is located.
It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t then please contact us as soon as possible. You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt and receive an alternative product or full refund to the value of the original product(s) purchased. Please contact us prior to returning any product(s) to us and include your order number, name and further details. Return shipping charges will only be reimbursed if the product was sent in error or found to be faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the product(s). Products must be returned in a resalable condition, and carefully repackaged in the original packaging. We recommend that you use an insured and trackable delivery service and request and retain proof of posting for any items returned.
