This beautiful plate featuring Lock Island in Marlow in the map detail is handmade from porcelain and finished with celadon blue glaze, ceramic transfer and gold lustre. It is part of a series of plates which include extracts of old ordnance survey maps of Marlow in Buckinghamshire.
