Alexandra Buckle

​​​​​​​Alexandra Buckle is a full time professional printmaker and artist. She is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire where she has set up her own home printmaking studio. Inspired by countryside walks and excited by light, shadow and colour, Alexandra captures her favourite scenery as hand printed reduction linocuts. The technique involves cutting and printing several layers of colour from the same block of lino in order to build up an image. This means that all of her prints are limited and can never be reproduced.
