Inspired by urban art and installation, Aileen Balfe and Eleanor McCaughey created functional contemporary pieces for a living or work space. Each piece is completely unique letting the materials dictate the finished look. The series of planters are designed to combine the hard and industrial qualities of concrete with beautiful succulents. Started in 2014, ail+el is now actually just Ail as Eleanor is concentrating on her painting!
